Privacy policy pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (“Privacy Code”) Articles 13, 23 and 26 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) Article 13
This policy provides detailed information regarding the protection of personal data by melodiasuiteszante.eu based in Limni Keri – Zakynthos Greece. Subject matter of the treatment
The Holder processes personal, identifying, and non-sensitive data (first and last name if both are indicated, email, telephone number and country of origin) communicated by You at the time of filling out forms for information requests via the Holder’s website.
Purpose of Processing of the Data collected
Connect the tourist with the owners of the accommodation and have statistics on the requests received from each accommodation to be provided, upon request, to the owners themselves.

Treatment mode
The Data Controller processes the Personal Data of Users by adopting the appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of the Personal Data. The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic closely related to the indicated purposes.
In addition to the Owner, in some cases, categories of agents involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external entities (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner, could have access to the Data. The updated list of Responsible may always be requested from the Data Controller.
Without your express consent (pursuant to art. 24, letters a), b), d) Privacy Code, and art. 6, letters b) and c) GDPR, the Data Controller may communicate your data to supervisory bodies, judicial authorities, and all other entities to whom communication is required by law to carry out the aforementioned purposes. Your data will not be disseminated.
Data transfer
The management and storage of personal data will take place on PCs and servers located within the European Union owned by the Data Controller and/or by third-party companies appointed and duly appointed as Data Processors. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Owner, if necessary, will have the right to move the location of the servers to Italy and/or the European Union and/or non-EU countries. In such a case, the Holder ensures from now on that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions by entering into, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or by adopting the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission.
Times
The Data are processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User, or required by the purposes described in this document, and the User can always request the deletion of the Data.
Rights of the data subject
In Your capacity as interested party, you have the rights referred to in art. 7 Privacy Code and art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights of:
- obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;
- Obtain an indication of: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; d) the identification details of the owner, those responsible, and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and Article 3, paragraph 1, of the GDPR; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as a designated representative in the territory of the State, of those responsible or in charge;
- Obtain: a) updating, rectifying, or, when you are interested, integrating the data; b) deleting, anonymously transforming, or blocking data processed in violation of the law, including data that does not need to be retained for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; c) attestation that the transactions referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in cases where such compliance proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
- object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials or for the purpose of carrying out market research or commercial communication, by the use of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator by means of email and/or by means of traditional marketing methods by means of telephone and/or paper mail. The data subject may decide to receive only communications by traditional means or only automated communications or neither of the two types of communication.
Where applicable, you also have the rights set out in Articles 16-21 GDPR (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to complain to the Guarantor Authority.
